Performance characteristics and features
1. BPJ-200 stationary lifting feeder is mainly composed of frame, material accumulation system, electrical control system and lifting system. The lifting height of the machine can be customized according to the user's special requirements. Configuration for a single-head or multi-head counting system is also possible (a mobile material feed system can be added depending on the layout of the counting machine).
2. The machine is equipped with PLC control system, and can communicate with equipment such as counting machine, ensuring automatic material feeding.
3. The machine adopts servo drive and turning design. The servo motor is made using international brand servo motor, which is of high precision and high quality. The turning mechanism uses an integrated gearbox with a minimum number of transmission elements, which ensures simple design, ease of maintenance, stable and reliable operation.
4. At the bottom of the machine there is a connection pipe for dust extraction, through which dust is removed. Under the influence of vibration, part of the dust settled on the material falls to the bottom of the platform.
5. Height adjustable; Electric control, with automatic locking. When the power supply is turned off, the hopper locks automatically.
6. Fully enclosed design ensures safe operation and effectively controls material dust and cross-contamination.
7. The control panel is equipped with an emergency stop button and a push-button switch. The machine is equipped with wheel supports for ease of movement.
