2. Microcomputer control system based on PLC; The touch screen interface supports switching between Chinese and English at any time. Functions for cumulative counting, setting and displaying operating parameters are provided; Parameters can be freely changed within a specified range, with the ability to store up to 20 groups of data. The controls are simple, setting parameters is convenient and intuitive.
3. The machine adopts imported brand servo motor, which ensures safer and more reliable labeling. The conveyor belt is driven by a separate electric motor with the ability to smoothly adjust the speed.
4. Adopting photoelectric control for labeling drive ensures stable and reliable labeling process; The position of the label can be adjusted freely, suitable for bottles of various sizes. The sensitivity of the photoelectric label sensor is adjustable, allowing recognition and comparison of label substrates with different light transmittance. The photoelectric object detection sensor is not subject to interference from ambient light or ultrasonic noise, ensuring accurate detection.
5. All control system components have passed international standard certification and have passed strict input inspection tests, which guarantees the reliability of all functions.
6. The equipment is equipped with an automatic monitoring and detection system: if there are no bottles, no labels, jammed bottles, overturned bottles, no ink ribbon, labels will not be supplied.
