Performance characteristics and features

The length of each segment can be set within 70–120 mm; Up to ten insertable segments can be installed on one bottle.
4. Equipped with a production counter, which allows you to control the quantity of products produced at any time.
5. Control is carried out using Siemens PLC; equipped with a Siemens display. All parameters of the production process can be set and controlled from the display.
6. The machine for inserting cotton wool is available in two versions: single-head and double-head. To put it simply, the production speed of a double-head machine is twice as high as that of a single-head machine.
