2. The touch screen interface is entirely in Chinese. The PLC-based microcomputer control system provides the functions of counting, setting and displaying operating parameters; Parameters can be arbitrarily adjusted within a given range.
3. The equipment is equipped with a quantitative bottle output control device and overload protection. The noise level at a distance of 1 meter is less than 70 dB.
4. The body and hopper are made of high quality SUS 304 stainless steel, making it easy to clean and disinfect; the design has no stagnant zones. Complies with GMP requirements.
5. Adopting an automatic bottle turning mechanism combined with a bottle collecting device greatly improves production efficiency. The speed of the orienting disk is adjustable. A photoelectric control sensor is installed at the output: if there is a jam of bottles, the electric motor of the orienting disk automatically stops; if there is a shortage of bottles, it automatically starts and feeds bottles.
6. The outlet is equipped with a pneumatic inverted bottle removal device, which blows the inverted bottles back into the orienting disc, ensuring that only bottles with the neck up are fed onto the conveyor for smooth transition to the next stage.
