2. The main drive is equipped with an electronic speed control system, which eliminates the impact of bottles overturning. A photoelectric control device is installed: if there is a jam of bottles in a subsequent operation, the supply of bottles is automatically stopped; if there is a shortage of bottles in a subsequent operation, the supply is automatically resumed.
3. The large-capacity loading hopper is equipped with an opening hopper door, which saves the operator from frequently reloading bottles and reduces labor intensity.
4. The body and hopper are made of high quality 304 stainless steel, making it easy to clean and disinfect; the design has no stagnant zones. Complies with GMP requirements.
5. It has an automatic rejection function for lying down and inverted bottles, which ensures 100% output of correctly oriented bottles.
