Description of equipment
BPTG-200 is a machine for putting caps on measuring cups. The technological process includes the following operations: automatic bottle feeding, cap orientation, cap feeding, cap putting on, cap pressing and automatic unloading of finished bottles. The equipment is a fully automated packaging machine designed in accordance with the requirements of the state GMP standard and technological standards. The design and manufacturing principles ensure maximum operating efficiency, high quality and accuracy of the capping operation.
The main drive unit is located inside the housing, which eliminates contamination of materials as a result of wear of the transmission mechanisms. All parts in contact with the product are precision polished. The machine is equipped with protection systems: automatic shutdown if there are no caps and automatic start if they are present.
Most of the machine parts are made of aluminum alloy, the outer panels are made of high-quality stainless steel, which ensures low weight and ease of movement of the equipment.
The equipment allows the operator to flexibly adjust parameters depending on the height and diameter of caps and bottles within a set range. The motor control systems for bottle clamping, cap pressing and transport are equipped with frequency converters, which allows the operator to freely set productivity within the design capabilities of the machine, providing ease of production planning and process optimization.
