2. The supply of caps is carried out using a stepped elevator-orientator, which operates silently. The caps go into a guide for screwing; if they are incorrectly oriented, they automatically return to the hopper.
3. The main drive unit is located inside the housing, which eliminates contamination of materials by wear products of mechanisms. All parts in contact with the product are precision polished.
4. Wide application area: suitable for round, square and flat bottles. The operator can easily adjust settings based on the height and size of caps and bottles within the machine's operating range.
5. The motor control systems for bottle feeding, screwing and transportation are equipped with imported frequency converters, which allows the operator to freely set the performance within the design capabilities of the machine, ensuring the convenience of production planning and process optimization.
6. The large-capacity floor cap hopper can accommodate a large number of caps, which reduces the frequency of reloading during long-term operation and reduces the operator's workload.
7. Equipped with photoelectric sensors: automatic stop when the lid gets stuck or overfilled, automatic start when there are no lids. Caps that are screwed loosely or askew are automatically rejected.
