1. Screwing is carried out according to the rotor circuit, the structure is compact, the operation is stable.
2. The supply of caps is carried out using a centrifugal elevator-orientator, which operates silently. The caps go into a guide for screwing; if they are incorrectly oriented, they automatically return to the hopper.
3. All functions are controlled by programmable logic controller (PLC), operator control is via touch screen. The machine is equipped with monitoring, alarm, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting functions.
4. Torque protection system: When the maximum torque is reached, the screwing mechanism automatically activates the protection, ensuring the caps are securely tightened and preventing damage due to excessive force.
5. The outer body panels are made of 304 stainless steel, which meets GMP requirements, with no dead zone design, making it easy to clean.
6. The rotary screwing machine is most optimal for high-speed production of one standard product size (stable productivity at a speed of more than 160 bottles/min).
